TODD DEXTER

Todd is a 34-year veteran of direct response fundraising who has served scores of nonprofit organizations of all sizes.

Prior to founding Todd Dexter & Associates in 2011, Todd served as President of KMA Direct Communications for 4 years after 17 years in a variety of client leadership roles at KMA, serving many of America’s leading nonprofit organizations.

Todd came to KMA from Russ Reid where he served exclusively on the World Vision US account, working on donor acquisition and cultivation across all channels.

He began his career as Development Director at CBN, where he was responsible for direct mail, telefundraising, and special events.

Andrew has served nonprofit organizations for more than eight years. He began his career at Russ Reid. Oversaw multiple direct marketing and fundraising channels, including television, direct mail, and digital media. He joined TDA in 2014.

Sarah began her direct response fundraising career at KMA Direct Communications, where she rose to Senior Account Manager during her six years there. She has also served as Account Supervisor at KerstenDirect (now RobbinsKersten Direct). She joined TDA in 2014.

Emily brings firsthand knowledge of the nonprofit and politics landscape to her work with clients. She previously managed a congressional campaign and holds a political science degree from Hillsdale College. Emily has worked in development at United Way, planning major fundraising events and managing corporate partner accounts. She also gained publishing industry experience as associate editor for a business magazine. She joined TDA in 2020.

Christi has 27 years of direct response marketing experience in the nonprofit, insurance and publishing industries. Having worked in multiple industries and on the client, list broker and agency sides, Christi brings tremendous experience and perspective to TDA. She has been a valuable asset since she joined TDA in October of 2013.

Terri brings a passion for policy and impacting families to her work after having served for over a decade with a nationally recognized public policy organization. In addition to managing the nonprofits multi-channel direct response program, she supported the major donor field team and spearheaded the development of donor-centric resources. She joined TDA in 2023.

Stan brings nearly 10 years of experience in nonprofit marketing to his role overseeing digital strategy for TDA. He has worked with clients such as The Salvation Army, Heritage Foundation, Hillsdale College, Feed the Hunger, and the Lindell Foundation. Stan previously served as a marketing manager at First Liberty Institute. He began working with TDA in 2018.

David has more than 26 years of donor communications, creative strategy development, and implementation experience. He specializes in balancing high-quality design and effective communication with efficient production strategies. He brings broad-based experience working with a variety of agencies and nonprofit organizations to print and digital programs. His collaboration with TDA began in 2012.
